ZAREA Diamond Collection
ZAREA Diamond Collection is a premium experience offered to refined consumers who appreciate the sophisticated taste of a sparkling wine obtained by the Traditional Method of Fermentation in the Bottle, perfected since 1912.
The wine is bottled according to the Traditional Method and kept in cellars at a constant temperature for one year, following the practices dating back to 1912. Then, with the greatest care, the bottles are manually rotated over an eighth of a circle in order to crystallize perfection. The bottle is then disgorged, sealed and labelled. It is then ready to reach the consumer’s table.
